What you'll take away.
A hands-on extension of Monday’s keynote. Delegates work in pairs with a printed worksheet to map their country’s current Chart of Accounts against a draft Chart of Goals derived from their published NDP. Aldo and the FreeBalance PFM team circulate to coach. By the end of the two hours, each pair holds a one-page first-cut crosswalk — not production-ready, but a credible starting document for the budget directorate back home.
