Working groups translate the lessons captured 24 hours earlier into concrete next-12-month commitments — what each delegation will pilot, what they’ll need from the FreeBalance services team, and where the secretariat can broker cross-country support. Each group leaves with a written aspiration brief, jointly held, that the secretariat will follow up on quarterly.
