Workshop: Country Experiences in Public Finance Reform

A working session, not a presentation. Delegates split into four working groups by region — Africa, Americas, Caribbean and Asia-Pacific — to surface the toughest PFM challenges of the last 24 months and the workarounds that actually moved the needle. FreeBalance services leads facilitate but stay out of the way: this is country-to-country knowledge transfer first. Each group produces a one-page case capture for the secretariat’s post-FISC briefings, distributed to the full delegation within two weeks.
